Hi, I'm Chris, and I specialize in proper nutrition, weight loss, diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol issues, autoimmune diseases, prevention of cancer, how to gain energy, what supplements you need, and how to maintain muscle tone as you age.

After determining your special needs, I will present a menu to follow and we'll schedule follow-up meetings to keep you on track.

At our meetings, you will receive support and tips as to what you need to change as well as a variety of recipes - I also bring some healthy treats for us to enjoy.

If needed, I will exercise with you and give you tips on how to lose those extra pounds and burn those extra calories.

I continually take educational classes and attend seminars to make sure I stay up-to-date on everything from the latest cooking trends to the latest research on cancer prevention.

I counsel entire families as to what foods are the healthiest to eat and help you come up with healthy meal plans. 

I don’t believe in the word “diet” as it conjures up deprivation.  Instead focus on “healthy” lifestyle (i.e., putting good fuel in the body so our bodies perform at their best).
